So, last night this idea for a rainy day outfit came to mind, and then this morning I wake up and hear really really loud thunder, so I was like, I think I'll make a rainy day outfit. Only, now its not raining anymore so I can't even go out wearing this, but I've always wanted to just go out walking in the rain and if I ever get the opportunity to, I would wear this outfit. I couldn't choose with all the umbrellas, but I really love the flower umbrella in the top left. The original outfit that I had envisioned looks nothing like what I ended up making it, but I love all the light pinks in this outfit. I feel like that is the perfect color for going out and walking in the rain. But the pink sweater looks like one of those oversized, extremely comfy sweaters and I think that is perfect for walking in the rain. Then I went with some pink boots and a really cute pink ring, and then I added a scarf because it looked cute. :) Do you guys ever go out in the rain? If so, what do you like to wear?

Love, love, love this blue blazer. It looks really cute and the light blue color just screams "Spring" to me. This blazer does not look like it is full length sleeves and I think it would look great with a long sleeve white shirt underneath, with the sleeves pulled up to only extend a little bit past the blazer. And I love the pink skirt with the belt, but the pink flowery skirt caught my eye, too, so I just put that in here. But my favorite part is definitely the shoes. Love oxford heels, and I definitely think they add a nice touch to the outfit. I just realized I didn't add any jewelry to the outfit, because I think I just got too excited about the outfit itself. If I ever get all the pieces for this outfit, I would love to wear this. High waisted shorts, with a simple white shirt tucked in, and then a printed cardigan. And, of course, we can't forget some adorable shoes. I don't even own a pair of high waisted shorts, but seeing an outfit like this definitely makes me want to go and buy some. Lace is definitely in again this year and I love lace. I think it goes with so many different styles and outfits and could very easily add that feminine touch to your outfit. Or it could add an edgy touch to your outfit, depending on your style and the type of lace. You can find lace in shirts, shorts, dresses, even shoes. My thing is, I don't like just wearing a lace top plain to the point where you can see right through to what I'm wearing underneath. I prefer to be a bit more covered up. And I saw someone wearing an outfit the other day similar to this and I loved it. This is definitely an outfit that I want to wear. Printed shorts (floral would be great), a jean jacket (slightly cropped would be best) and then a lace shirt underneath. I think all the different textures and prints and everything going on in this outfit would perfectly together and this is incorporating so many trends that are in right now. As for shoes and accessories, really anything works. But I absolutely love this outfit as an alternative to wearing a lace shirt by itself. What do you guys think of lace? Do you like the trend? I absolutely love this trend for Spring. (I never went through my normal phase and started off hating it :). ) Pastels are really in for Spring this year and I definitely think pastels are the perfect colors for Spring.
